Hi.
Hope I'm on time. My video: http://vimeo.com/42401336 It shows short morphing driven by particles. Particles turning morpher mod on. Animation, sim, rendering made inside MAX, compositing in Nuke. |

Just heard that a "new" contest was being held. A tad late, but it is nice to see it back up.
Would love to see the VFX contest blossom to something greater! Hope to see a new one soon. Schloemo, very impressive comp! I enjoyed the hexagonal leaf bundles. Nice touch, and it blended well with the look of the overal piece. Would have liked to see the limbs and truck to be a little more rough, as the clean roundness of the growing splines didn't sell it as well as the simple hexagons, (which had bump/displacment maps?) Still great work! And very professional. |

Schloemo,
Really, really cool stuff! I love the textured polygonal leaves. Cheers, -J
