October, 2009: Small Town in Peril

Create a tornado that is destroying a small town. The aspect
ratio should be 1.778. Submissions should be 720 x 405. Winners will
need to deliver 1920 x 1080. You should try to find a a photo of a town, home or a community. Concentrate on the the destruction of the buildings and surroundings.

My Idea

" I would take a photo and paint in a destructed version. Then I would generate the particle tornado and animate it the the photo. Adding 3d debrie and other assets, render separate layers. Then composite the in a 2d package"

Yes it's unbeliveable. I thought there are a lot of people who waiting for VFX contest like me... Unfortunately I don't have time till december
